THE DANISH SDG INVESTMENT FUND PRESENTS STRONG IMPACT AND SOLID RETURN

The Danish SDG Investment Fund is a public private partnership between IFU, large Danish pension fund s and private investors.

The DKK 5 billion Danish SDG Investment fund is fully invested. 27 private sector investments have been made across Africa, Asia, Latin America and Ukraine.

Institutional and private investors have provided 60 percent of the capital supporting the green transition and improving living conditions for people in developing countries.

This includes:

  • 2 billion receiving healthcare services in 2023, primarily in Africa.
  • The installation of 1,800 megawatts of renewable energy
  • Supporting the livelihood of 100,000 smallholder farmers

… and much to come, when the companies continue to evolve and deliver on their full impact potential.

At the same time, the Danish SDG Investment fund is on track to deliver a solid return on investments, which will increase the Danish pension savers accounts.
